We serve the public and private market place. Working on projects that require a select skill set for commercial projects, O'Hara Construction has proudly worked with many local businesses and government facilities as a preferred general contractor.

2017

Barrington Ice Rink - We were hired to guide the entire remodel of a foreclosed and dilapidated commercial property.  O'Hara Construction facilitated the hiring of an architect and guided the restoration  of this facility.

2016

Surface Studio, LLC - We completed the build out of a high-end retail store specializing in kitchen, bath, counter top and flooring.

2015

Evanston Fire Station #2 - Remodeled commercial kitchen, rec room and dispatch office.

Mundelein Police Headquarters - Remodeled reception area putting in bulletproof glass and other minor cosmetic upgraded.

2014

College of DuPage Carol Stream Campus - Remodeled testing center including advanced security systems.

Forest Ridge School District #142 - Remodeled 4 bathrooms to make them ADA compliant.

2013

Evanston Fire Station #4 - Complete remodel of living quarters.

Evanston Police Headquarters - Remodeled dispatch room and conference room.

Evanton Levy Community Center - Custom repairs to stage in auditorium.
